Object of Bail?

๐Ÿซด To secure the attendance of accused in the trial and insure that he will not flee from justice.

๐Ÿซด Presumption of innocence of the accused till the guilty is proved beyond reasonable doubt.

๐Ÿซด To protect the personal liberty of the accused. ( Article 14, 19, 21 )
